Twitch Prime is a Twitch subscription.
How does Twitch Prime work?
Twitch Prime is free as long as you have Amazon Prime.
How can I earn money and monetary items from my Twitch Prime?
We receive your Prime and you are credited one prime on our platform. You can use these primes to redeem a variety of products.
How do I deposit my Twitch Prime?
Make sure your Twitch Prime is available. Your prime resets each month. You then visit our deposit page which will instruct you where your prime should be sent. Once the prime is sent and received by us you will be credited one prime.
I deposited my Twitch Prime, why does it not show on my account?
If you sent your prime but was not credited for it, please contact support primeandme@gmail.com.
What can I purchase/redeem with my primes?
We offer a variety of products from different vendors. To exchange your prime(s) for monetary value we offer both PayPal and CashApp. We also offer Steam items, if you rather withdraw virtual items.
When will I receive my ordered items?
Most of our vendors send your order instantly. If you want to follow your order you can view the redeems page which you can find in the dropdown menu in the top right, next to your name.
Can I transfer primes to another account?
Not currently. We enforce this restriction as a safety measure. If you deposit your prime you should always be credited for it.
I forgot my Twitch login, can I still use my primes?
If you forget your Twitch credentials you need to contact Twitch support.
