When you are granted a Twitch Prime each month by Twitch, you are essentially given money that is completely unusable to you. primeandme was created to give something back to Twitch Prime holders.

Twitch Prime is free as long as you have Amazon Prime.

primeandme works with game developers and publishers to offer various keys. We receive your Prime and you are credited one prime on our platform. You can use these primes to redeem a variety of game keys over a number of platforms.

Make sure your Twitch Prime is available. Your prime resets each month. You then visit our deposit page which will instruct you where your prime should be sent. Once the prime is sent and received by us you will be credited one prime.

If you sent your prime but was not credited for it, please contact support primeandme@gmail.com.

We offer a variety of game keys from game developers and publishers.

You receive your items instantly as the keys used in redeeming games are previously stored. All you have to do is claim them.

In order to deposit a prime and cashout a product you need to be authenticated with Twitch. primeandme uses Twitch's OAuth authentication system that reveals your Twitch ID, username, display name, profile picture, and email address. If you are hesitant against providing your credential to a new platform like primeandme you could open a new tab, log in to Twitch, navigate back to primeandme and log in again. Your Twitch login status is stored in your browser, meaning you can log in to primeandme without a Twitch login. Not currently. We enforce this restriction as a safety measure. If you deposit your prime you should always be credited for it.

If you forget your Twitch credentials you need to contact Twitch support.

primeandme works with charities around the world. For a charity to start receive primes they must be a Twitch affiliate or Twitch partner. Upon request an affiliate account can be created where the affiliate can view received primes. After an affiliate account is created and connected with Twitch the affiliate channel is added to the deposit page as an available option for users depositing their prime.

To be eligible your charity's Twitch channel must have affiliate or partner status. You must then request an affiliate account to be created in your name at primeandme. Send your request to our support email which can be found on the support page.

Navigate to your affiliate dashboard, a button to is located in the top right. Find your affiliate settings under the user menu that pops up when interacting with your avatar in the top right. Find the section related to connections and create a connection between your affiliate account and Twitch. The connection is based on Twitch's OAuth system, the only details revealed to primeandme is your subscriptions, we require this specific data to verify that a prime that was sent is received by the channel. Once the connection is created you should now be listed on the deposit page as a charity and you should now start receiving primes.
